How does diamond appraisal work in Tel Aviv?
The appraisal takes place in a private bureau. We use a 10× loupe, certified scale, and read the certificate when available. The estimate is free with zero commitment.
Do I need a GIA certificate to sell?
No — we can perform a visual expert appraisal of an uncertified diamond. A GIA / HRD certificate enables a faster transaction and often a better price.
Do you buy small diamonds (< 0.30 ct)?
Yes, as part of buying set jewellery. For loose diamonds we appraise individually starting at 0.30 ct.
Is the offer negotiable?
Our offer is based on real market prices and is explained in detail. Small negotiation is possible based on documentation quality and rarity.
Is payment immediate?
Yes — bank transfer the same day, cession contract signed.
Is an antique diamond worth less?
Not necessarily. Old-mine cut, rose cut, and old European cuts can carry a collector premium versus a modern equivalent.
